JCOE technology represents the shaping and forming processes involved during manufacturing as well as the inner and outer welding and cold expansion carried out after welding.

Factory Processes
1) large diameter lsaw steel pipe, Raw materials entering the factory: Check the specifications, materials and batch numbers of the purchased steel plates with the quality assurance certificate, review the quality assurance documents, and reject the steel plates that do not meet the technical requirements of the purchase.
2) Re-examination of raw materials: chemical composition analysis and physical and chemical performance tests (tensile, bending, fracture toughness and other tests) of purchased steel plate samples.
3) Welding procedure qualification: Welding procedure specification (ewps) shall be prepared according to steel pipe material and thickness, and welding procedure qualification (PQR) shall be carried out according to ewps. At least two PQRs should be completed in this project, one of which is manual welding (SMAW) to verify the welding quality and weld repair of manual welding; the other is submerged arc welding (SAW) to verify the welding quality of submerged arc welding. After all test items are qualified, confirm the correctness and feasibility of WPS according to the welding procedure qualification report (PQR).
