A: Normally samples can be ready within dispatch in 5-10 days for our own existed design. For your OEM design, it will takes 15-20days.
Q: Do we need to pay for the samples?
A: We usually offer free samples if amount is not big.For OEM project which cost higher sculpture and moulding cost.We charge the sampling costs, this costs can be refund to customer after confirmation of orders if the quantity reach our OEM MOQ.
