1. The scammer pretends to be a shopper to buy something from the vendor.
2. At the time of payment the scammer will ask to pay the amount through the zelle.
3. They will send the email to the vendor at their email address.
4. Finally the email has the phishing link that is sent by the shopper to the vendor.
Hence these scams are caused, so beware of these scams and take the payments on-site, Don't allow any such vendor to make the payment later, if it is doing so you should have to right to call the corps.
